The PCBNR/L series is a classic External Turning Tool Holder widely used in lathe operations for outer diameter (OD) and face turning. This tool holder utilizes the P-type Lever Lock System, which generates strong clamping force through a lever mechanism, securely holding the insert in the pocket. This design not only guarantees high stability during machining but also eliminates the need for a top clamp, preventing chip obstruction—making it perfect for heavy cutting with large depths of cut and high feed rates.
