Both models share the same overall dimensions and hole size. The final two digits identify the corner-radius option, which changes edge strength and the generated internal corner.
RE 0.40 mm

What Is a JDMT Milling Insert?
JDMT is a compact positive-relief indexable milling insert used in small-diameter shoulder-milling cutter systems.
The complete model identifies the insert shape, 15° relief direction, tolerance, clamping form, size and corner radius. Similar JDMT0702 models can differ by radius, edge geometry or cutter pocket, so the full designation must be retained.
