Manufactured to DIN 513 standards, these tools produce a “Buttress-style” thread with a 3° load-bearing flank and a 30° clearance flank. This geometry is essential for machinery like screw presses and lifting jacks where force is applied strictly in one direction.
We offer both standard sizes for general maintenance and heavy-duty U-Type carbide threading inserts for coarse pitch manufacturing. All inserts feature a “Full Profile” design to cut the groove and top the crest for a precise fit.
