XOMX Turbo Square Shoulder Milling Inserts
Compare XOMX060204R-M05, XOMX060208R-M05, XOMX10T308TR-M09, XOMX120408TR-M12 and XOMX180608TR-M14 by pocket size, cutting-edge length, thickness, hole diameter and corner radius. These single-sided two-edge inserts are used for true 90° square shoulder milling in a matching Turbo-style cutter body.


Five Complete XOMX Insert Models
The XOMX family uses different cutter-pocket sizes. An XOMX0602 insert does not fit a Turbo 10, 12 or 18 pocket, and the attached R217.69 / R220.69 cutter references are limited to the Turbo 12 platform.
XOMX0602, XOMX10T3, XOMX1204 and XOMX1806 Specifications
Use the complete model, pocket size, thickness, fixing-hole diameter and corner radius together. The effective cutting-edge length is not the same as the maximum cutting depth of every cutter body.

D530, D570 and D580 Grade Direction
These are compatible supplier-grade directions, not original Seco grade designations. Final availability must be confirmed for every complete XOMX model.
Toughness-oriented direction for steel, interrupted shoulders and applications where edge security is the priority.
Balanced direction for common steel and stainless-steel milling in stable to moderately interrupted conditions.
Wear-resistance direction for stable square shoulder milling and selected cast-iron applications.
Two Cutting Edges per XOMX Insert
The XOMX Turbo platform is a single-sided design with two usable cutting edges. It should not be promoted as a double-sided four-edge insert.

The attachment’s R217.69 and R220.69 bodies use the XOMX1204 pocket platform
R217.69 Shank Cutters and R220.69 Face Mill
The supplied cutter attachment is limited to the Turbo 12 platform and should be matched to XOMX120408TR-M12. It must not be presented as compatible with the XOMX0602, XOMX10T3 or XOMX1806 platforms.
