雙螺旋孔鎢棒
雙螺旋孔碳化鎢棒設計有螺旋式冷卻槽,散熱及排屑效果優異。這些棒材由優質碳化鎢製成,具有高硬度、優異的耐磨性及更長的刀具壽命。是製造鑽頭、立銑刀和絞刀的理想選擇,可在高速和難加工材料上提供穩定的切削性能。
雙螺旋孔碳化鎢棒是一種先進的工具坯料,棒體上有螺旋形的冷卻通道。與直孔設計相比,雙螺旋結構可使冷卻液流速更快、排屑效率更高,並改善加工過程中的散熱效果。這種獨特的設計可大幅降低刀具磨損、防止切削刃崩刃,並提高高要求作業的加工效率。
這些棒材是透過精密粉末冶金技術製造而成,結合了碳化鎢與鈷,可達到優異的硬度 (HRA 89-93)、絕佳的耐磨性及高韌性。雙螺旋孔可確保穩定的冷卻液分佈,因此特別適合製造高性能的鑽頭、立銑刀和絞刀,用於高速加工不銹鋼、耐熱合金和其他難切削材料。
我們的碳化鎢棒有研磨和未研磨兩種狀態,製造時尺寸公差小,微觀結構均勻,可提供穩定的工具性能。標準直徑範圍從 3 mm 到 20 mm,長度可達 330 mm。也可提供客製規格,以滿足特殊的工具製造需求。
