Varilla de carburo de tungsteno de doble agujero helicoidal
Las varillas de carburo de tungsteno con agujeros helicoidales dobles están diseñadas con canales de refrigerante en espiral para una mayor disipación del calor y evacuación de la viruta. Fabricadas con carburo de tungsteno de primera calidad, estas varillas ofrecen una gran dureza, una excelente resistencia al desgaste y una mayor vida útil de la herramienta. Ideales para la fabricación de brocas, fresas y escariadores, proporcionan un rendimiento de corte estable en materiales de alta velocidad y difíciles de mecanizar.
Las varillas de metal duro con agujeros helicoidales dobles son herramientas en bruto avanzadas diseñadas con canales de refrigerante en espiral que atraviesan el cuerpo de la varilla. En comparación con los diseños de orificios rectos, la estructura helicoidal doble permite un flujo más rápido del refrigerante, una evacuación más eficaz de la viruta y una mejor disipación del calor durante el mecanizado. Este diseño exclusivo reduce significativamente el desgaste de la herramienta, evita el desconchado del filo de corte y mejora la eficacia del mecanizado en operaciones exigentes.
Fabricadas mediante pulvimetalurgia de precisión, estas barras combinan carburo de tungsteno y cobalto para conseguir una dureza excepcional (HRA 89-93), una excelente resistencia al desgaste y una gran tenacidad. Los agujeros helicoidales dobles garantizan una distribución estable del refrigerante, lo que las hace especialmente adecuadas para producir brocas, fresas y escariadores de alto rendimiento utilizados en el mecanizado a alta velocidad de acero inoxidable, aleaciones resistentes al calor y otros materiales difíciles de cortar.
Disponibles tanto rectificadas como sin rectificar, nuestras barras de carburo de tungsteno se fabrican con tolerancias dimensionales ajustadas y microestructura uniforme para un rendimiento constante de la herramienta. Los diámetros estándar van de 3 mm a 20 mm, con longitudes de hasta 330 mm. También se pueden suministrar especificaciones personalizadas para satisfacer requisitos especiales de fabricación de herramientas.
