Advanced of face milling

High-efficiency machining: face milling tools have multiple cutting edges, which can complete a larger range of cutting in one feed, and therefore can improve machining efficiency.
Flat surface: the interaction between the tool and the workpiece is parallel during end milling cutting, so the machining surface is relatively flat and not easy to produce deep concave and convex traces.
Cutting stability: Due to the more uniform cutting force distribution, end milling is relatively stable and less likely to cause vibration and surface quality problems.
Can be applied to different materials: end milling tools are suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, composites, etc.
